The Dublin Liberties Distillery

The historic home of Irish Whiskey

Our Dublin city centre whiskey distillery commenced production in February 2019 in the heart of the Dublin Liberties, the historical distilling centre of Dublin.

We are investing in warehousing and whiskey maturation and building a significant inventory of mature Irish whiskey stocks.

In 2020, we launched a whiskey investment initiative, the Founders Cask Programme, offering the opportunity to be part of our Irish Whiskey journey by purchasing a cask filled with new make spirit from the first ever distillations on site at the Dublin Liberties Distillery.
