A Taste of The Job
As our Paralegal, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our growing global business on firm legal foundations. Supporting the Head of Legal and working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll gain hands-on experience in corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory law, all within the unique context of the alcohol manufacturing industry.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One moment you might be reviewing contracts that underpin our commercial growth, the next advising on labelling regulations or managing our intellectual property portfolio. Based in our London office, you’ll be at the centre of a lean, dynamic legal team, learning and contributing in equal measure as you help safeguard our business while enabling innovation and growth.
Your impact will include:
Legal Administration – Support the Legal Team with day-to-day tasks, including contract drafting and review, filing, document management, and managing the Legal worklist.
Intellectual Property – Assist with managing and protecting the group’s IP portfolio across multiple markets.
Advisory Support – Provide timely advice on ad hoc queries, from labelling laws and promotions to supplier engagements.
Collaborate - Work closely with colleagues across HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Sales to embed compliance and support business needs.
Commercial Enablement – Review and support contracts and agreements that help drive business growth while managing legal risks.
Process Improvement – Maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and contribute to building efficient systems for the Legal function.
Culture & Learning – Contribute to a team culture that is inclusive, approachable, and solutions-focused, encouraging curiosity and continuous improvement.

The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You
You’re not just ticking boxes; you’re looking for a legal role where you can grow, contribute, and make an impact in a dynamic international business. You combine experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, and you’re eager to learn from real-world challenges while developing your expertise.
You will bring:
A law degree (LLB or equivalent), ideally 2.1 or above, with a strong academic record.
Further study (LPC, SQE, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
Evidence of analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Previous legal experience (through internships, placements, or roles in a firm or in-house team) is advantageous but not required.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
A detail-oriented approach paired with commercial awareness.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
An interest in the alcohol industry / FMCG and a particular enthusiasm for corporate law.
