Quality Assurance Manager

We are now seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Warrington site leadership team and play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC and food industry best practice.
- Act as the primary contact for external audits and ensure we are always audit-ready.
- Drive a cultural shift from reactive checks to proactive quality assurance across the site.
- Lead and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own and oversee internal audit systems, customer technical documentation, and supplier NCR processes.
- Support site operations with robust risk assessment, identifying and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Report on KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve both team and factory performance.
The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You
- Strong experience in a QA leadership role within FMCG manufacturing (spirits experience desirable).
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC, FSI & ISO accreditation.
- A clear, logical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, pragmatic and commercially aware, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A natural leader who inspires and develops teams, driving high standards and a proactive approach.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
