Quintessential Brands, the award-winning name behind spirits like Bloom, Ophir and Greenalls have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Finance Team site as a Senior Finance Business Partner.
A Flavour for the Job
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director you will be responsible for providing strategic and business partnering support to the Quintessential Brands North America Business Unit director and Quintessential Brands Digital Sales Business Unit director and their teams.
With both North America and e-commerce being corner stones of our long-term growth strategy, this is a great opportunity for a driven person to make a real difference and to get beyond the numbers.
The role offers hands-on experience in shaping the future strategy of two of our key channels within a diverse high-performance team, regularly working directly with Quintessential Brands leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing financial analysis and advice to support decision-making processes within the business.
Collaborating with other departments and teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities for the organisation.
Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets.
Monitoring and reporting on financial performance to ensure the business is meeting its financial targets and goals.
A Bit About You
Qualified Accountant or equivalent with 3+ years post qualification experience
Spirits, FMCG, Luxury, Retail background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to constructively challenge and influence at all levels
Proficient in Excel – ideally experience with Power Query and Power BI
