Demand Planner

We are now looking for a Demand Planner to join our Planning team.
A Taste of The Job
As a Demand Planner at Quintessential Brands Group, you will be pivotal in the development of a robust demand forecast.
You will facilitate account reviews with the sales team and where applicable with the customer (quarterly reviews etc).
You will be comfortable analysing sales history across multiple SKUs and customer accounts, using this information + Market Intelligence to create a forward forecast.
Your forecasts will drive the 13 week production planning process and feed into the 12 month S&OP Process.

The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You
The successful Demand Planner will have the following key responsibilities;
- Weekly sales and demand meetings to establish stock holdings, promotional activities or any other demand influencers.
- Analyse monthly and weekly sales data in excel to project a forward forecast. Detailed 13 weeks and rolling 12 Months.
- Review and update promotional forecasts.
- Ensure the demand information is up to date to support the production planning for all sites and 3rd party manufacturing.
- Monthly account updates with internal and external stakeholders, including account managers, NPD, customer etc.
- Co-ordinate demand on NPD launches etc and phase out of discontinued items
- Be the primary customer contact for any stock or demand queries with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Use customer sites to review EPOS and upcoming demand – highlight demand flags.
- Support the S&OP Process.
- Review Forecast Accuracy Metrics for your areas.
