EMEA/GTR Insight Analyst and Commercial Coordinator

Quintessential Brands is the name behind Opihr, BLOOM and Greenall's gins, Dubliner and Dublin Liberties whiskey and O'Mara's and Feeneys Irish creams, as well as an enviable portfolio of retailer and own brands. As a global business, our EMEA sales and Global Travel Retail functions are key to our growth strategy and we are now looking for an Insight Analyst and Commercial Coordinator to support our international team.
A Taste of The Job
Reporting to the Head of EMEA, this is a key role for the EMEA and GTR team, pulling all of the data and figures together to help to inform commercial decisions within the function. You will work closely with the Head of EMEA and Regional Directors to identify and create market analysis across categories and countries to support the overall strategy decks for the wider region. As EMEA/GTR Analyst, you will be at home with data and a major part of your role will involve analysing shipments, depletions, sales out data & IWSR category data in order to drive a higher amount of sales through the commercial teams, supporting them on their growth ambitions with our European sales teams. You will also coordinate sales activities and support the EMEA team with PO creation, processing invoices and creating ad hoc sales reports.
This is a busy role, dealing with international markets, so strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle changing priorities is essential. We're an ambitious business with plans for global growth but our processes and procedures are still in their infancy so this is a real opportunity to make an impact. The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You
- Experience of working in a data insight or sales insight or coordinator role, ideally within an international FMCG business, supporting teams across functions and locations
- You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, using insight to bring context to the data and communicating this in a way that is clear and easy to understand
- An analytical mindset - you'll love to tell the story behind the numbers and will have strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- You'll thrive on solving problems, juggling shifting priorities and working to tight deadlines
- The ability to speak multiple languages would be an advantage
