A Flavour of the Role
We're looking for a passionate and creative Recruitment Manager to join our amazing HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will own our talent acquisition strategy, developing a strong employer brand proposition and sourcing exceptional candidates who embrace our culture and values, to take Quintessential Brands forward in to the next stage of our journey. This is a stand alone role so you will be the go to person for all things recruitment, acting as an internal consultant, supporting and challenging our managers to help them to find the best people for their teams.
We've already done some of the heavy lifting, we have a new ATS that is just in the process of being implemented, so you'll have a shiny new system to play with, we're doing a lot of work on our careers site and we've done a big culture project to bring in new values so a lot of the building blocks are there but that doesn't mean there's nothing for you to do. From evolving our employer brand and looking at employee advocacy to working on diversity and inclusion initiatives, establishing preferred supplier agreements and improving our reporting capability, we can guarantee there's enough to keep you busy!

A Bit About You
Ideally with extensive experience of working across both agency and internal roles, you will have experience of high volume recruitment in a range of sectors and functions, if you've worked in FMCG or manufacturing previously that would be a big plus.
You don't need to be an Excel wizard but you will need to be able to interpret and manipulate data across Excel and our ATS to produce meaningful reporting that tells the recruitment story.
We are better together - you'll have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain, support and challenge (in the right way) at all levels and across functions.
